4. Hosted Discourse and Service Providers

Café Boardwalk uses a hosted Discourse service and related infrastructure providers to operate the forum.

Because the forum is hosted and managed by third parties, your information may be processed by our forum hosting provider and technical service providers as needed to provide hosting, security, maintenance, backups, email delivery, monitoring, and related services.

These providers may process information such as account data, forum content, technical logs, IP addresses, and usage data solely as needed to operate and secure the forum.

8. Public Content

Café Boardwalk is a community forum. Public posts and public profile information may be visible to other users, visitors, and search engines.

Please be careful about what you post. Do not share sensitive personal information, private wallet information, confidential business information, or anything you do not want others to see.

If you delete content, copies may remain in backups, caches, moderation logs, email notifications, quoted replies, third-party archives, or search engine indexes for some period of time.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate Café Boardwalk, maintain accounts, provide forum functionality, enforce rules, resolve disputes, protect users, comply with law, and preserve the integrity of discussions.

Account information, posts, replies, messages, moderation records, and related forum activity may be retained for the lifetime of your account unless deleted by you or removed by an administrator, subject to forum functionality, backups, legal obligations, and moderation needs.

Server logs and technical logs may be retained by our hosted forum provider and infrastructure partners for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and operational purposes. Our current policy is that standard server logs containing connection IP addresses are automatically purged or anonymized after 30 days.

We take reasonable steps to protect information associated with Café Boardwalk.

Because Café Boardwalk uses hosted Discourse infrastructure, security measures may include managed hosting controls, access restrictions, encryption in transit, software updates, backups, monitoring, and abuse-prevention systems.

No online service is completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your account credentials, and keeping your email account secure.

Café Boardwalk is not intended for children under 13.

Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

If a higher minimum age applies in your jurisdiction, you are responsible for complying with that requirement.

13. Third-Party Links and Integrations

Café Boardwalk may include links to third-party websites, applications, communities, block explorers, token pages, event pages, social media platforms, or other resources.
